[Technical Document] A New Balancing Method for High-Speed Spindles
A detailed explanation of the effects of introducing speed and multi-faceted methods, as well as ultra-precise balancing techniques.
This technical document introduces a new balancing correction method for high-speed spindles. In February 2002, we successfully commercialized the "Field Balancer" incorporating the multi-speed and multi-plane method. As a result, we reduced vibrations across the entire operating range to less than one-fifth of that achieved by conventional technology, and further shortened the balancing time to less than one-eighth.
